Took 3 pairs of pants to kite's on 3/16 said pants would be ready 3/18 asking for EXTRA EXTRA heavy starch to the pants. I am willing to pay extra for pants that will stand in the corner, my husband needs this type of starch to preserve his pants at work. I asked about drop off and pick up as my husband and I both work overnight, but asked for locker pickup the first visit. Had a message left saying that yes that service was available in my area Monday and Thursdays please call for arrangements. Somehow instead of being placed in the locker as agreed upon they were set aside for delivery. So I ordered them for delivery for Monday 3/22 along with a pick up service and they did deliver with not so much as a knock on the door in the pouring rain Mark left them on my mail box with the rain water leaking inside the bag leaving all 3 pairs soaked. And did not pick up the other 3 pairs we had to send. Even worse all 3 pairs are light starch at best, but we were charged 26 dollars on 3 pairs of pants that took a week to get, then got left in the rain. He did send a text saying he delivered 18 minutes before I found them on my porch, if only I was a teenager with my phone in my hand all day then I would have known. Very upset and don't think we will return for another round of that.

They lost my pair of jeans for a week and then found them and they did them wrong and did even say sorry. Not even once.... very rude.. still did not fix them and charged me the same. Very bad experience... we don't recommend them to any one.

Highway robbery!! My dry cleaning was at least twice as expensive going here. Staff is fantastic and the place is brand new but all of that shows up for the price of your dry cleaning. Not recommended for the value

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly while remaining professional! Did 3 different shirt materials all very well and quickly as I needed them for my engagement shoot. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

I have been using Kites for 15 years. Mostly because they are convenient than anything else. I recently got married, and had a tux made for my wedding. After only wearing it three times, I noticed a burn on the lapel.nnI went to Kites expecting the worst, but to my surprise, they were VERY sympathetic and understanding. After talking back and forth about the situation, they worked with the original tailor, and had a new jacket made to the exact specifications as the original...at no cost to me!nnCustomer for life. THANK YOU SO MUCH for an easy experience and taking care of your customers.
