This Car wash is DA Bomb!! Fast & Friendly!! And not to mention they sell some nice items in the inside!! They are very detailed when cleaning your car!! So if you in this neighborhood, stop by and see what their all about. Also, they have a special going on if you get your car inspected they will give you a free wash. I love this car wash Rose, Jacob, and Luis are wonderful they always take care of me and make sure that my car stays looking beautiful. I love this time team and I wouldn’t go to any other car wash ever!!! They are truly great and all deserve a raise!
This was my first visit to this car wash. They did an excellent job cleaning my vehicle. The staff was very nice and professional. I have racks on the top of my car for a paddle board. The racks are 1500 dollars. The car wash ripped one of the racks off and damaged the rack very badly. They said since it wasn’t factory, it something that was put on after the car was bought, they couldn’t do anything about it. If it had been factory then they would pay for the damage. The first manager I spoke with was very nice but didn’t offer any sort of solution. I left feeling very unhappy about the situation. I contacted the car wash about 30 min later and spoke to Rocio, “Rosy”, she was very helpful. I came back the next day and she took care of the situation. Offered a solution that worked well for me. Before I spoke to Rosy I swore I would never go back, but after dealing with her I won’t go to another car wash. She’s awesome and made a bad situation good. Thank you so much for everything Rosy!
I’m so blessed that these individuals do the absolutely best to ensure the customer quality..............smiling all the time so I’m so moved that they are recognized by their integrity at the highest! We need more businesses that can stand up for customers first! So make sure that you all come by n get your car/truck needs met here! Love their passion! Look for Rosalie or Modesto! I always visit this location and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the management and employees!! They are always pleasant and kind and take great care of my car! I always see Jacob, Rose, and Luis!!! They take such great care of me and my car! I’m truly grateful for the fantastic service they give even when they’ve been busy! I wouldn’t take my care anywhere else!
