Doesn't get my bumpers very clean
This place used to be good. It has gone downhill fast. The past two times I have gone, my car was dirtier after leaving; seems like they don't clean their brushes well. The last time, I noticed my car was not only dirty, but scratched. I called - they NEVER answer. Emailed - no response, Facebook messaged - no response. Not a good way to run a business. Goodbye from a former faithful customer.
Q Car Wash is a great concept and chain. I love their monthly fast pass. But don't go to this one. It is not well maintained, the soft brushes need replacing, and it seems like there's always one section of the system that is not working properly. The last time I was there just as my car was getting to the exit and going through the dryers, the drive system stopped moving and the alarms started going off. I have no idea what happened but I was very grateful that I was finished with my wash. Take the time to go a few extra miles to the one on Alta Mere.
So disappointed with this car wash. The last time I was there I was able to use the self service located in the front of the car wash to wash the front of my van and get the back near the license plate clean before going into the car wash. Now that service is no longer available for the customers ud83dude12 don't know why?ud83eudd14nAnd now the front and back of my van doesn't get clean. Also the dryers are not getting the water of looks like the blow dryers are not coming on long enough to get rid of the water. I will definitely not be returning and I will definitely not recommend this facility to anyone!!
Good car wash except for the vacuum. All the vacuum systems hold be fix right away. Spend the money your are getting from our memberships fixing the place man.
