I have never been to the Arcadia Apartments. I drive by them when I was taking a friend home from the hospital that lived near there so I can't comment on the Arcadia Apartments. They have been recently remodeled and painted on the outside but beyond that I can't comment on them. This is all I know about them.

This complex is in the process of being completely renovated. Down to the studs, electrical and plumbing. That being said the target consumer is out of state students going to UofL. Huge improvement for the area.

I have lived here for 5 years and the area I live in is very peaceful and quiet with wonderful, hard working neighbors.
Similar place
