We tried 5 other dry cleaners for cowboy starch jeans and they are the only ones who got it right. They were perfect! Our go to dry cleaner from now on! Also everyone that works there is incredibly nice.

Have a mixed review. For dry cleaning they do a good job, not for alterations. I had taken in 6 shirts plus 1 for the example to have altered. When I dropped them off I asked if what I wanted to be done can be done? They answered with a yes. We send them out, will call you when they're done. When they where done I paid my bill I didn't check my alterations until I got home. Within minutes I went back and explained that only 2 where done right the other 4 where not. I was asked to leave them give him a few days to talk to the alteration lady and will give me a call. I gave them 2 weeks and didn't hear from them so I went in. I was told at first that I had been called, but I didn't. Anyhow, I was told that what I had wanted on the other shirts hadn't been able to be altered as I had asked. Calmly I still explained that I should have received a call to explain this before altering my shirts but he just said they where sorry. No partial refund at least to try to make something up! I paid $118- for alterations and dry cleaning and now I only have 2 good shirts! Like I said nothing against the dry cleaning but yes against the expensive alteration service!!!

I wish I would have looked up reviews sooner than I did! These people are wonderful! I went to a different local place first and man do I regret not looking up their reviews ud83dude2c.The first place I went didn’t even clean my items ud83dude10-I went back for a refund(because you have to pay first before they work on it) and then went straight to Dusty’s. The kind gentleman not only took his time being attentive to my needs but was honest. I was ready to pay upfront but he said “oh no ma’am we only take payment after we have done the work”... now that’s great service. Will definitely return. And I long as I live In the area they will be my dry cleaning service! Excellent business. Excellent people. ud83eudd29ud83eudd29ud83eudd29

I've used dry cleaners in five states over the past 15 years and have never gotten such excellent service in my life. This dry cleaners truly sets the bar for outstanding customer service. I just moved to the area less than three weeks ago, and already I can say that I'm a customer for life.nnThey do the dry cleaning, laundry, and most services right there in house, so special requests will actually be honored. Almost every other dry cleaner will pretty much ignore requests because they send off clothing to a third party, and any request is lost along the way. For example, I really don't like having my name written on my shirts, and this is the only cleaners I can trust to not actually put my name on them. That may sound small, but it's just one example of excellent customer service.nnThe prices are very competitive, too, and my dry cleaning and laundry came out extremely sharp. I am so relieved to find such a great cleaners in this area!
