Had to hunt all over to find help because what I needed was on very top shelf. There is one cashier and 7 people in line. And she is trying to place an order for delivery. Has to drive to Lake Worth because Springtown store is NEVER stocked. Absolutely ridiculous. Should have drove to Weatherford,that store always friendly and we'll stocked. This store needs better manager.
Like to commend Brittney on Saturday 2/13/2021 for going the extra mile to assist us locating a part over the telephone, and assuring that it was in the store before we made a trip to retrieve. Rare and exceptional customer service that deserves to be recognized!

Put in an online order for pick up. Called to let the employees at the store know I arrived. Waited in my car for 45 minutes before I got tired of waiting and went inside. As I am walking in another car pulls in, and by the time I get to the cashier I overhear the car that just pulled up (who didn’t have to wait 45 mins) call to notify them of their pick up. Car that pulled in 45 mins after me actually got their items before I got mine. I called corporate to complain, and the only follow up I get is a voicemail from an assistant store manager. See no reason to do business with people that will waste almost an hour of my time and not even give the courtesy of making an actual effort to contact me.
They had what I was looking for and the employees were very helpful, not only at the store, but on the phone before I went to the store today. One specific employee even helped me out by telling me where I could find a specific item at a cheaper price than what they currently had it for. I'm legally blind so I sometimes need extra help. Tractor Supply not only help me at their store but they help me to get what I was looking for even if I didn't get it from them this time. That's great customer service! And I will be going back and spending money there. Good customer service, friendly employees, and honesty are all traits that I hold close in my list of what I look for for a location to do repetitive business with.
