This place isn't terrible, because the workers are incredibly helpful in sweet and the vacuums are good vacuums. But I did purchase the $13 option which is a step up from the lowest option they have, and after I got through my car still had dirt all over it. My car was recently cleaned it only dirty because of the rain also on the side of my car my son throughout his juice Box earlier and there was dry juice all over it. I end up having to scrub off the juice myself, there was dirt still all over the car, and there were still bugs on both of the mirrors in the grill. Honestly I think this waz a $5 value wash not necessarily $13 that I paid. But all in all it's not a terrible place.

Gets my car clean leaving it with a shine. My tires come out looking new. Bret, does an outstanding job with the pre prep (applying bug grease to front and mirrors, power spray the front and front windshield and uses the brush on the back and back windshield) before entering. Now I hope you get Bret. Early weekday mornings. His attention to detail and consistency has me returning.

I really like Zips. I wanted to get the family plan as a surprise but all vehicles had to be present. They should figure out other methods be cause that's a bit much. Also the tire service should add more tire shine product because my tires do not look like they are shined anymore. That can become a problem for me and many customers. I'll give it another chance and see if it improves. Other than that Great!nnI wish they had a few more locations to make services more accessible.

The ONLY place I go in DFW to wash my car and get free vacuum. Best price and value. I had a free birthday wash that had a technical error and didn’t have a code. Thomas still gave me a free premium wash!!! Never disappointed here! 10/10

I love zips. It’s very affordable and convenient. I do have the monthly membership. However, I did not renew this month. And here’s why; during my lunch hour I come by and wash my car. I then usually pick up something locally. Like chick fil-a or chipotle. But lately I’ve gone probably about 7-8 times around 1:10pm and it’s CLOSED! This is a 10-15 min drive from where I work, and to drive out and get denied cause it’s closed is very frustrating. I understand that it needs a closing time for maintenance but they should publicly post the hours and dates so I may avoid wasting my lunch hour. I hope they truly fix this since I am a recurring member. *sad face*.
