Becoming coming here for a year now. The first part of the year customer service was lacking and the service itself was below par. Sometime went by and management quickly identified those individual who weren’t fostering teamwork and providing quality service to the customers and they were replaced. The new team is eager to do things right the first time and will happily fix and issues. Top notch place now!

I'm not going to say they are the cheapest option, but when it comes to convenience and service, I definitely feel that I get what I paid for. They always go above and beyond to help me out with whatever I need. I trust them to help me to the best of their ability. Their oil changes also come with car washes and if you choose to, they'll let you come back later to get it. I always forget and have a bunch saved up, but I got one the other day and it was nice and clean. I appreciate the value.

My husband and I have been coming to Soapy Jeff's for about 2-3 years now. Each time we come we receive over the top service from the employees & manager, Mike. Soapy Jeff's is our go to for a simple wash, oil change, and a nice detail here and there. I definitely recommend coming here due to the quick and cleanliness service they put out. I 10/10 recommend to all friends and family in the area.

Soapy Jeff’s! I have taken my vehicle here a couple times and Angela is amazing! Her detail skills are amazing! She was so friendly and didn’t mind me stepping in and pointing out exactly what I wanted. She and the entire team took their time and made my car look amazing!

Great job as a car wash and a friendly staff.nnWould be a five but, they close when ever they want. If your hours are 6 pm that means 6 pm, not 5, 5:15, or 5:30 randomly.nnNow, I had a monthly package, wanted to cancel it because they are inconsistent with closing time. (There oil change area is worse)Tried to cancel a few times.They would not cancel over the phone, I kept getting there a few minutes after there early closes. Now I have another month of a charge and will need to beat the clock to get washes, ud83dudc4ennSorry after the owners reply I must adjust this rating to 1 star. This explains the closings described. There were no weather issues. I tried several times to cancel. Can't cancel if you are closed and after trying to get there to cancel twice I tried to cancel by phone. Your facility would not allow this. I get the paper trail. That is why I tried to do this personally. Can't if you are closed. The answer I got for the closings was we are short handed and everyone is tired. Like I said before, you have great people and do a good car wash. That doesn't excuse blaming your guests for your lack of performance.nnWish you well. You have and have had plenty of notice now. I expect to not pay for August.nnDO NOT CHARGE MY CARD AUTOMATICALLY FOR AUGUST.nnThank you
