It's okay we found what we need.ud83dude21no bathroom service the only bad thing.
Ace only reads parts of the mandate that they want to read. They don’t allow people that have disabilities to enter their store if you can’t wear a mask. I was told by a manager that I should just stay home. I don’t stay home because I am not afraid of a virus that is less likely to catch than the flu. The employee that got my order didn’t even check to see if the washer fit on the bolts that I asked for. I had to go back and exchange the parts. I had to wait for a manager to come to the front. Which the one that showed up was rude.
A great Store with great service and hard to find items!
We were greeted at the door and the saleslady told me what aisle to find my items. Entered the store after socially distancing in line...was greeted inside by a young man. He helped us find our parts also. Great customer service at this site!!
Most of the time it's a nice experience. Here and there they are off their game. Some employees weren't wearing masks. Overall, great experiences.
