Little run down and beat up could use an update.

Pretty clean and everything working.
Large lot next door for any size RV.n24 hour service with free internet.
Was warned that it was run down. The equipment is old and should be more taken care especially cleaning our where you put the soap. Machines out of order are not identified. Fresh paint would help. Really not inviting. We understand that equipment costs money but mo reason to not take care of what exists. Cleaning and maintenance would probably attract more clients.
