Dropped off brand new ($130) slacks two days before a wedding. Pick it up and it has a stain! They then tried to clear the stain they caused and I picked up non pressed soaking wet pants 15mins before having to be at a wedding. HORRIBLE!

I used this cleaner out of convenience. Not anymore! Buttons trashed on brand new shirts. Black streaks on my shirts and slacks. Clothes coming back looking like I slept in them. And I recently started noticing some of my clothes were disappearing. I've been given other peoples clothes, which I returned, but never had mine come back. Thanks! I'll be moving my business elsewhere...

I wish there was an option for no stars. The worst experience I've had. I bought a new comforter and it was destroyed she said it wasnt their fault that it was a factory problem. The comforter was not cheap but I bought a new one. Different brand and better quality. Took it in never been used. I come home and there is bleach spots all over my comforter. They are honestly just terrible. I recommend to go else where.

I took my Louis Vuitton purse to get it cleaned and the owner twee explained to me the precautions of cleaning a leather purse like that she also explained to me that she would call me whenever the purse was ready to be picked up,which she never did.. I had to call to check up on it a week and a 1/2 later if I would have never called I would have never known that my purse was already ready to be picked up, I pick up my purse and it's all cracked on the top near the hem lining.. she never warned me that my purse would risk the chances of cracking that's probably why they didn't call me to tell me that it was ready for pick up I was eventually going to find out and on top of it they still made me pay for their mistake, I do not recommend this place do not ever take your purses here because they may never come out looking the same! Horrible Customer Service..she didn't even have the decency to even talk to me about the situation over the phone..
