We dropped off dresses to be tailored for a wedding right before the shelter in place started. She was so kind as to hold them without being tailored because the wedding was postponed. I'll definitely be going back In November to have them tailored. We've had dresses tailored before and she always does a great job and everything's done on time at a reasonable price.

My daughter’s prom dress has been there since early March. I understand retailers were required to shut down for the month of April and voluntarily reopen May 1. Even though they have not reopened, I should have received a phone call or a sign posted of a time I could pick up her dress curbside even if not finished. Their website says they are open, but they are not. I’ve driven by at least twice a week. Their phone doesn’t allow voicemails either. My daughter missed her senior prom and we just want pictures with her in it and her dress back! Poor customer service or lack there of!

So I needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed 2.5 inches, and the waist brought in .5 inches. I don't know what I expected to pay but They tried to charge me 167.86 for that. I left and went to another place 12 minutes away and both were done for $20..

I had my wedding dress tailored here. It was mid-calf length and I needed it at knee length for my outdoor wedding. Because my husband is in the Air Force, we kept having to change dates due to his technical school and I ended up needing my dress tailored in just a couple of weeks! I was so grateful that there was no extra charge despite my rushed timeline, and not only did she do great work with my dress, it was finished ahead of schedule! I felt beautiful in my dress, and I'm so glad I went here to get it tailored.

I would give N Tailor 10 stars if I could!! I needed a bridesmaid dress altered on very short notice, and even though I was DEFINITELY inconveniencing her, she was able to get it done and it turned out perfectly! I could not be more grateful, and I will be using N Tailor for all my future tailoring needs!
