I am in complete shock by the prices. I normally go to a place closer to home but I work in rockwall. I usually read reviews for new places I use but I did not this time. The people were very nice and friendly and I got it back the next day but will definitely go to my normal place from now on.

Do not use this business. They are way too expensive for simple things as dry cleaning and for complex things like comforters and alterations. I paid $20 to him several pairs of pants. It was $140 worth of business. Approximately seven months earlier I spent $247 to have some sports coats altered and taken in. Out of those four sports coats I had only used one and it has always been too big. In other words the alteration was not done properly but I did not bring it back right away. I asked if she would correct the alterations and she refused to because he had been seven months. The owner claimed that it had been too long and she refused to correct the alterations that were made were over $200 were spent. I told her that I would never use the business again and that I would rather go down the street to Kwik cleaners since their prices are a lot better and they stand behind their product. I should have taken my business to their competitor half a block away all this time. Do not use this business they will rip you off and other dry cleaners in the area have way better pricing. They only care about the money and have zero customer service skills.

Dropped off 3pcs of clothing for family pics, specifically because I could pick it up next day. Picked up only TWO shirt for $24!!!! The last shirt was for some reason not ready. There went our matching holiday attire AND MY LORD THAT S EXPENSIVE FOR TWO TOPS!!! Not happy.

The pricing is beyond insane ($11 for a regular women's blouse, $15 for a pair of jeans). And they are manipulative + predatory in their business practices, ie not offering receipts even if you ASK for one. So it discourages customers from knowing the pricing/total until it's too late (Because most aren't going to go to the lengths of asking for a verbal itemized breakdown when dropping off, esp if other customers are waiting.) This place is fine if you want to throw money down the drain for no added value beyond what other cleaners all offer.
