I used to go there and had so many shirts and suits. Manager and owners were great! All that changed with new owners or owner and manager. I was going to try them again until I read the reviews! Not worth the drive! Do not think they care because the location is so good.
The best
I have been a loyal customer for 7 years, and the service has been great, up until recently. The clothing that I have laundried are usually dress/ work shirts. Recently I have noticed that shirts are coming back that are missing buttons, and also holes are appearing in newly purchased shirts after being laundered.nnRecently I returned a shirt that had been cleaned that appeared to be scorched by the iron on the collar. I addressed this with the employer at the counter and had to talk with the employee supervisor , she argued with me and stated it was dirty and the area was not scorched. After I tried to show her were the scorched area was on the collar, she continued to argue with me. It was one shirt out 30-40 shirts I regularly bring them monthly. I politely told her not to worry about the shirt I will take it back and take of it.nnI won't be returning for their services.
This place messed up a couple of my dress shirts; the material they used for dry cleaning made my shirts bleed. Won’t go here again and would advise you to find another place.
Excellent experience. A couple of my shirts had some issues upon receiving them and when I returned to resolve the issues I was greeted by a very friendly warm staff that immediately resolved the issue. I expect human error nobody is perfect 100% of the time but when a problem is dealt with in such a polite and courteous manner it earns a customer and definitely a recommendation.
