Wonderful service!!! They have drive thru service which is so convenient. Hours are perfect! Turn around time is great! Quality of the dry cleaning has been great so far. Overall this place is a 10.

I have been a customer of Park Avenue Cleaners for many years without incident or problem. Michael is very friendly, professional, and always helpful.

Took a basketful of clothing to be starched, asked for the heaviest starch available. I got extra light starch at best! My husband is a welder and the heavier the starch the longer his clothes last, some of the jeans were ironed but I couldn’t tell if there was starch on them. I won’t be back!

Dry-cleaning: GreatnNormal washing: NotnnAfter the recent negative reviews posted for this place, I was timid to go here. But a friend of mine (who uses the dry cleaners much more frequently than I do) said they always go here. So I took my suit here to be dry cleaned. I pointed out a stain on the leg that I wanted them to pay extra attention to. Next day I picked up the suit, it looked great, and the stain was gone. Easy enough. No issues with the staff, and no issues with how my suit came back.nn**Update: Some time after this initial review, I went back with a request that they wash a bed quilt that was too big for my normal home washer. No special requests, except that it had to be normally washed, not dry cleaned (per tag instructions). They said this would take a little longer since it had to be sent out - a few days. I figured that was normal so said it was fine. I went back a few days later (when they said it would be ready) and it was still sitting in the outgoing bin. They seemed like they'd completely forgotten about it. This happened not just once, but twice. It wasn't until the third time I went back that it was finally ready, weeks after I'd initially taken it in. It was clean, so it wasn't a completely wasted effort, but even after the multiple errors, and multiple trips for me to pick it up, they didn't offer any sort of discount, which I feel was the least they could have done.
