We stayed at a TurnKey Vacation rental in Park City, Utah. We loved the property we stayed at. It was in the Waldorf Astoria hotel and I really didn’t have to communicate with them during our stay, but booking was easy. The only time I needed to contact them was prior to our stay, I needed to make sure a member of our party could check in before I got there. I communicated via text and they were quick to respond and helpful. I hope to stay there again!!

We made a last minute reservation at Park City. We were able to get into a beautiful condo right in Kimball Junction close to everything. It had a private hot tub so we knew we could actually use it! Ended up being a great weekend getaway. Turnkey is very responsive and it was a smooth process.

I will definitely use Turnkey again. The prices were very competitive and the property was lovely and very clean. The entire process from booking to checking in to checking out was very simple and straightforward. We had a lovely time!

The units were as described in the advertisement. Surfaces were clean and everything was in good working order. The location is convenient to Park City and the Heber Valley. If you are wondering why there is the hallway between the living room and king bedroom it is because it wraps around the elevator and it’s lobby. Luckily we rarely heard anything and it didn’t prevent us from sleeping. One of the beds was comfortable (the king) the other bed was not (the queen sized bed). There are no closets in these units, just armors that only have 1/4 of it for hanging. The TVs are good sized but very difficult to figure out how to use with 2 remotes and no directions. The carpet was filthy and needs a deep cleaning. We also noted that as soon as we had to start the Furnance we started to have allergy symptoms like the duct work needed to be cleaned or was full of mold. The unit was quiet and the view beautiful. We would probably stay here again but hope that the cleaning guarantee would cover the Furnance/ac filter being regularly changed and duct work cleaned.
