What a mess this agency has become. We used them four years ago and had a fabulous experience. This year, we attempted to book the same trip as our prior experience but with a heap of difficulty. Our agent could hardly respond to email, and when she did none of our questions were answered and no clear instruction was given. Upon arrival, our private driver had been switched to a shuttle bus. Now that we are getting ready to head home, we’ve had 3 separate pick up times given to us. At this point I’m not even sure we have a ride to the airport tomorrow that WE ALREADY PAID FOR. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not book through this agency if you’re seeking a luxury experience. I am incredibly disappointed in their service.
