Kwik Kar Wash

My husband and I got car washes here yesterday. They had all this new equipment they said was so good. We’ve gotten car washes here for years now, nothing is better and their equipment has scratched our vehicles multiple times. I thought new equipment, we may not get scratches like before. Boy was I wrong!!! Never again! It scratched my husband’s $70,000 truck and my SUV!!! I had it. This is my warning to everyone out there. Go elsewhere for a car wash. It scratched my vehicle so badly, it’s down to the metal, no buffing it out. You’ve been warned.

Nice lil car wash. Friendly people. Got the dirt off! Fast and easy. Fits big vehicles although it looks small the curves are wide.

I go here ALL the time. Pricing is amazing and very reasonable. Timeframe for cleaning is great and because I know they do a great job, I don’t mind waiting. If it’s super busy and because I will get more than just #1, it can take up to an hour and depending on which car I’m getting cleaned. Obviously the bigger it is the more time it takes. I used to live in South FTW and that would take me 30-45 minutes to get there — so worth the drive for me. I now live in Azle and I still drive all the way over there. One time I drove my husbands dodge truck and went home to drive back with my suburban. The guys seems to clean it a little better - just saying lol. I’m especially particular about my windows/windshield. I just hate the swirls that show up especially at night or when the windows fog up. They do awesome!!! They are all so friendly and in the crazy heat of the day, are on it. My husband loves it when his truck is cleaned there. I have been going there for over a year and I tried University Car Wash — no comparison hands down — ABSOLUTELY NONE. I’m a mom of five and while I pinch pennies, this is well worth the piece of mind. I used to spend 3-5 hours cleaning and detailing my car myself. Hard to find good Honest business and hard workers BONUS they are #Blue Friendly. They have a tip box — Remember the Tip! If there’s ever a problem, the owner but not even having to go that far the employees will take care of it. I personally have not had any problems. Just be nice and ask them. Love it!!! You will always have our business!!!!nnThey pre-rinse with a power washer. I usually drive several hours to see my mom and get tons of bugs it’s unreal. I don’t make it to the wash until way later when they’re baked on. Idk what other people are talking about — my cars are always clean!

I’ve been going to this car wash forever and always had good service, however now that there’s new owners I drove 30 mins this afternoon to get my car washed and was turned away because they quote unquote had too many customers ahead of me and needed to catch up. I said I don’t mind waiting and was still told they wouldn’t wash my vehicle. If they don’t want my business I will take it elsewhere from now on! Caution call ahead I guess

Great place. Employees are very thorough and courteous. Have been going there since they opened and would not go anywhere else. There prices are more than competitive.
