Love this place. They are very friendly and customer service is great. Every time I go to pick up my clothes I am there for a good 30 minutes or more talking with the ladies there .
It seems like it hurts these people to answer questions about their services on the phone. If being short, curt and evasive is the best they can do, it shouldn't be hard to find another business that can do better - which I did.
I had my uniform dry cleaned. Slacks look great however my shirt has several wrinkles on the from the ironing process. I can do a much better job. I will never take my shirts there again.
They have very poor customer service. They kept my clothes for over a week and kept telling me they did not know when they would be ready. When we called to complain they called us a liar stating that they told us it would be longer and yet guess what.. they told me the clothes would be ready in 3 days. Will never do business here again. Very unprofessional.
Tough on my clothes although I still use them a lot knocked almost all the buttons of my sis and sports coat. Good seeing services
