I am attempting to send a well earned thank you and appreciation of service to the officer that responded to an incident Saturday 15 October 2016 just south of mile marker 232 on Highway 45 North. It appeared that a car being transported by trailer came loose and overturned on the highway. The first responding officer was able to clear enough space to start traffic moving again in very short order. Thank you sir for your prompt and efficient service. I wish I had been able to obtain your personal info but that was not a viable option at the time.nnAl Smith
