WOW! I hope the photos say it all! I can understand one shirt getting messed up, but all ten????nnplease look at the photos!nnThe ladies at the counter are so sweet and kind. It is clear this is a regular occurrence at Jet Cleaners and these sweet ladies are left to deal with the problems.nBtw...they are all owned by the same person.nnThe clerk and manager offered to redo them as this is the only option they are given. I explained to her that if they couldn't get one in ten right the first time why on earth would I let them do it again. There is no quality control and if you read the owner's responses to other complaints, it is clear he has zero understanding of customer service.nnFool me once shame on me......bye bye Jet Cleaners!

I was greeted with eye contact and a smile which is so rare these days. The day before when I called and asked about coupons, she made sure I knew about theirs on the HEB receipts. Also, they had been cheaper (without the coupon) for the pea coat I needed cleaned than the other places I called. Fast, friendly, and quality service!

I took seven shirts in to be pressed. I had a coupon for a $1.19 each and showed it to the manager. She told me that it was more to press only then if I did laundered and pressed them. I told her do whatever is cheaper. I came back and the bill was almost three times what the coupon stated. She agreed to give me a discount on seven shirts the next time and when I brought my clothes, but instead she only gave me a $2.38 credit. I am not going to this place again because the manager promises things and doesn't follow through. I feel like they have very deceptive practices here. In fact, she told me an outright lie.

I’ve been to a handful or dry cleaners around this area and none of them compre to Jet Cleaners - Alsbury. They always do an excellent job and always greet you with a warm smile.
