I dropped off ONE wool coat and a wedding dress. The owner did not provide an estimate or give me a claim ticket, which was my 1st sign that the place was unprofessional. Then when I collected my items, they charged me $214! For ONE COAT AND A WEDDING DRESS! I was quoted less than $150 at other local dry cleaners for the exact same services and assumed his prices would be similar. Additionally, the owner was not wearing a mask when I picked up my items, which is very unsafe and made me uncomfortable.

So, yes the guy does have a dry sense of humor and that’s the reason I go to him! He does good work and I always get a laugh when I drop off my shirts!

I took in a white comforter to be cleaned. He didn’t write down any of my information just threw my comforter in a pile. Went back two days later and what I got back was NOT my comforter. Very disappointed. I spent $30 for someone to lose my $100 comforter. Never going here again. This place is so not organized

The owner has a dry sense if humor. Snowflakes stay home if you can't handle it.nnHe does awesome, fast, inexpensive work, too.

This is the best dry cleaner. I have this white dress with intricate beading and Chad was the only man brave enough to clean the dress. ud83dudc57
