Called on 11/07/2019 inquiring about fingerprints & informed I did not have to live in Nederland nor did I have to make an appointment. Went in at approximately 930am on 11/08/2019 for fingerprints & Told I needed to live in Nederland. I’m assuming it is because I am black. Over the phone you can’t see color but in person you can. Although discrimination is common in the golden triangle so this doesn’t surprise me. Note I went to Houston (not a resident) & had fingerprinting with no problem. We all need to pray for this city.
