Xavier was incredibly helpful and kind in showing me and loading my new gun safe!! This store has so much better service than the one right down the road! Very good experience.

Excellent customer service!! To say they have friendly employees is an understatement! I went to place an online order for two types of dog food, when doing so I found the corgis food, but not the Great Danes on line in stock, with one quick phone call, I spoke with Ian and not only found out they did have it, but that since I could not pull it up with my curbside order that I was using because my husband could not lift the bags due to a recent surgery, his response to my situation was to say, and I quote “Absolutely no problem at all ma’am, just pull up and let us know your here, my name is Ian and I’ll be happy to bring out both bags and a portable scanner and he will be able to purchase the second bag as well without leaving his car!” Just amazingly accommodating, and an understanding attitude that was so refreshing!! And then to top it off, this morning, an employee named Kim called to follow up and be sure he was able to get both bags!! Who does that any more?? What company do you know that goes out of their way to be kind, and be sure you got what you needed?!! Way to go Tractor Supply Company South, you have restored my faith in humanity!!! I’d give you 10 stars if I could!!!!

Only giving 5 stars because it won't let me give more. I ordered a large, heavy item from the store last month. Two days later I was thrown from my horse and broke my back. When they called to let me know my item had arrived, I told them the situation and that I would have to let it go because I couldn't lift it. The lady I spoke with understood. Five minutes later she called me back and said she told the manager, Kurt, what had happened and Kurt said he would deliver the item free of charge. He didn't have to do this because delivery on this item was like $150. Today Kurt delivered the item and I couldn't be happier. Kurt's professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers speaks volumes about him and his store.
