All the people who gave this place bad reviews were spot on. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. I took a jacket that was custom-made to them to get it pressed and spot cleaned. Not only did they not press it, they did a horrible job, and they stole some of my patches off of the jacket. Then they tried to replace one of the ones they stole with a cheap tacky rose patch that I did not ask for. The lady tried to say it wasn’t her fault, but I proceeded to tell her that if they couldn’t do it they should’ve never taken my merchandise. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t issue a refund because the manager wasn’t there and wouldn’t be back until Monday. Customers beware!!! ud83dude21
They are the best, as their name suggests. They’re a family business, and I’ve never been disappointed. Perfect!

I went in intending to drop off a pair of FR jeans and a workshirt that had grease on them to be dry cleaned. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to take those clothes home and wash them first as they don't clean dirty clothes! I said excuse me? She repeated it. I told her that we wanted to get the grease out and dry cleaners are supposed to clean clothes right? She said they didn't do that here. I don't know what they do at this location if they can't clean clothes.
