I used Formost Realty as Property Manager. Worst decision of my life. Marti was many times late with deposits into my account. There were quite a few bad checks. I never received the rent for July so we decided to go another direction. Since then I found that they used all of my tenants damage deposits. They have embezzled thousands of dollars from me and my tenants. They have closed their doors and are most likely on the run. For your own good stay clear of Marti Crisler and Formost Realty. Very shady stay clear!

I don't know what these other reviews are about but I rent a house from them and they are awesome! Marti and her husband are super nice and make me feel welcomed. They never bother us and when we have a problem they always get someone over to fix it right away. I love them! Best landlords ever!

When I looked up this realtor company I seen the 1.8 rating and my first thought was wow they have a really low rating but let me see for myself because you can't always go by another person's experience, but I see first hand what they meant. Don't rent through this company. Let me say first I do love my neighborhood but the apartment wasn't cleaned to my liking it was clean but just not completely spotless. I'm picky. But I do like the place. But I haven't been at my place a good 2 months and it's been one thing after another, from my windows being painted shut, faucets being old and dripping, and to the old outlets in the bathroom. I do like my apartment but it's little issues that come up and need fixing and it's a hassle getting maintenance to come out or get back with you as soon as possible. And when I do call or try to contact I feel like I'm bothering Robert the maintenance manager. I really hate to put two stars and that's even stretching it but it is what it is. At the office they seem nice but outside the office and getting a hold of Marti or Allison is very hard and if I'm renting and paying my rent on time I want to be able to get in touch with the realtors without feeling like it's an issue or problem! If you do rent from them just make sure your place is up to par!! I will only being staying one year then I'm buying!

My daughter's father cleans carpets and they are easy to work with according to him.The houses are fixed up nicely and from what I heard the rent as well as the purchase prices are competitive. Marty is a lovely agent that goes out of her way to help find people get a nice place to live.Each of them are awesome and I would call them before anyone else

I am in the market for a new house and found a house with some potential, I informed my realtor to contact the seller and set up a time to view the property. A time and date were set up which my realtor verified with the seller, Marti Crisler, multiple times. Marti decided she didn't want to show up to the showing without ever communicating with us. My realtor text, called and left her voicemails without ever hearing from her. Since I was interested in the property I reached out to Marti personally and set up a time and date to view the house. Marti stood me up again, this is the second time she decides not to show up without warning. I had to get in touch with the owner of the property to get any kind of response from her. Marti Crisler is unprofessional and an unmotivated realtor. For anyone looking for a realtor or is looking to buy a house from her I would highly recommend finding someone else.
