City of Elsa Police Administration Building

A mother of handicap child carried her 7 ye old son into the store. Along with being a single mother of 2 others. She still opened windows for her handicap child’s pet, until returning from a quick errand. She realized that her son called out with only yells, because her son delayed speech. Aside from that his ADHD causing him to hurt himself and cry loudly all the way home and overnight. When calming him down, as his aunt I took it upon myself to call the Elsa Police Dept. I asked if anyone had called them about a dog in a vehicle. Or perhaps it may have been stolen. Officer Who’s name I won’t disclose yet, responded that he hadn’t received any calls. Therefore, assumed it had been stolen. Then after setting a mindful trip to fill out a report the next day was in plans. However with such disparate and the Handicap Son suffer all night till 5am crying he was a little suppressed with sadness and refused to eat. You see community of Elsa, Texas., this is a pet that helps our family member in question heal or bond through healing mindfully. After all this we have called the PD and no kind reaction towards resolving the issue. Perhaps, a peace of mind that our pet is safe and recovery process. Instead? The PD staff has admitted to receiving a call to check on an animal in a vehicle. Then we ask for the official who removed the animal while family was in the store without notifying anyone of the vehicle, refused to give us any further peaceful guidance as to how we may retain the pet that is a best friend to the 7 yr. old handicap child. It’s perceived with no sympathy and lack of knowledge towards Civil-rights, but miscommunication is definitely an issue. Who are we to speak with in the matter of a single hard challenged mom choosing her son to an evening of Walmart over the counter meds. Leaving her pet with window cracked open about 4 inches. While she helped her handicap son safely off. Given the run-a-Round by the City Police and now the child suffers crying over his pet another 3 nights till Monday when a Judge reconsiders on Monday. Sad that these processes have no foundation to symbolize peacekeeping and absolutely no sympathy for a handicapped son!!! Policemen in Elsa, Texas please see your heart and know of the story this woman has insured before this misfortune. Where was the First Basic Rule of thumb in Discretion on this Matter!! We would have appreciated your officer to have announced it in the very Walmart or wait outside by our vehicle to handle the custody of process to inform of such crime or law broken. What happened?
