When we first started talking about going on a home search, I had received a recommendation from a coworker that highly suggested Jacob to be our realtor. So I gave him a call and he was very enthusiastic about working with us. We told him it'd be about a year before we could really start looking due to a long apartment lease, and he was completely fine with that.nnAfter about eight months had passed, Jacob reached out back to me and we began our process. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home, pointing out numerous faulty issues that we'll need to consider. He pinpointed everything in deep detail, down to elements eroding foundation from faulty design and electrical issues, just to name a few.nnWhen we finally found the home we liked, he hooked us up with a great home inspector that gave us a large list of issues, and Jacob was able to use this list to help us negotiate repairs with the seller. This is where his knowledge of unethical and illegal home repair came in handy. We were able to get dangerous things repaired by the seller before we signed.nnEven after we closed, Jacob connected us with contractors that exclusively work for Parkside Realty. These contractors have all been super kind and have worked fast and hard to make the home renovations that we asked for.nnI cannot recommend him enough to anyone that's looking for a packaged deal. Jacob and his team are personable and professional. They respond quickly to questions and helped walk us through every step of the way. It was such a smooth process and we're extremely satisfied with the results.
