Stopped by today for lunch and 2 bites into my salad I find a long string of hair ud83eudd2e I ask for the manager...she comes over and tells me “oh that’s gross...” picks up the plate and leaves with nothing else to say.. Definitely needs better management. Absolutely disgusting!
Staff members were friendly and efficient. The dining room was clean. It was slow in terms of customers, so there were less selections on the pizza line than when it's busier. There were many choices that were plenty for our tastes though. Due to Covid, there is no self serve on the food line. You just walk up to the line and tell the staff what you want. They don't mind giving you several slices of several selections. Just tell them how many of what you want. Bus your own table when you are finished. Self serve drinks allow for free refills. I believe wings are an additional fee to the buffet price. Salad, pasta, and dessert are included with the pizza buffet.
Place was clean, staff was friendly but pizza dough was not cooked all the way and now we all have stomach aches.

When you combine the best tasting Pizza in town with the best priced pizza in town. You come up with. Cici's Pizza. Their Salads are always fresh with a great variety that is the same always. The quality and the value are second to none. Staff is courteous and eager to help with s genuine smile. Keep it up. You're doing great.
