Nice, new TB and they frequently run out of shredded chicken. How can you run out of shredded chicken? Get your purchasing and inventory together. Also, the same day they ran out of chicken (at least the 4th time this year that I've been) they completely ignored my family when we pulled up to window for several mins. The window was open, there were 4+ people nearby and the ladies at the window did not so much as look our way or acknowledge us in any way. They were not busy and there was no reason for this. They could have said hi or asked us to please wait a moment. Something. Come on, Taco Bell. If I'd been asked to review on a different day then maybe would have given one more star but our last visit wasn't good. We wanted all chicken and ended up with all beef. They did give us extra items but again they ere all beef.

Very impressed by the cleanliness of this location. Drive through order taker was friendly, fast, courteous and polite. Line moved quickly and cashier was friendly and took my money without putting me on hold. Older black man was at the final window with bag out the window with a smile and I asked if he was the manager. Seemed like a GM. Super friendly and classy gentlemen. I told him that he ran a very tight ship and that all of the employees were on point. I will be back

I normally come here late at night after a night shift at my job. Never had issues personally. But just know they talk in an inappropriate language about people in line with the window opened while a vehicle is in their window. I personally just heard “This N... (will not be writing out the whole word) had a nasty attitude” and one of other cashiers leaned out of the window looking for that customer in their vehicle and laughed. And all this was said with their window opened and me sitting right next to them. If you’re going to talk about a customer switcher step away where you can the heard or close the window. Not that hard.
