This is the most professional dry cleaner I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. The care and attention to detail is unmatched. The quality of starch, and pressing is incredible. I am greeted by name when I enter the building. They send out text when your clothes are ready, and call when they find items in need of repair. All other dry cleaners should take a look at what Avalon is doing. 10 stars
I use the dry cleaning service here. The owners are very professional and welcoming. I love the same day service. They go over and beyond. The male owner even brought my items to my car even though they were closing. They have an app that’s great and they also do pick and delivers for free! I will stay with them forever. Every Cleaners should take a class from them!!!!! Period!
I see why they come highly recommended. They did a great job on my pieces and when I went to return it I told them that I didn’t get a text message them. The gentlemen working there went through my file to update all my information and was very helpful and very friendly and super nice. I love the vibe in there and I will definitely be using this as my regular cleaners.
They did an excellent job on our clothes. I had tried three different places before, but unfortunately they had closed due to COVID. The gentleman took my clothes and had them ready the same day! Good customer service, very efficient, and I like that they do alterations too. Highly recommend, will be back.
I have used this dry cleaner for years. Very convenient drop off with my laundry bag, prompt service, and a good value. My only complaint is that their opening hours changed to later in the morning during COVID, so I can’t easily drop off in the morning if I have any special instructions.
