Damaged my hardwood floors and have been calling daily for 2 weeks asking for a return call from Mike the owner. I also tried emailing him twice and still no response at all. The carpet cleaning service provided was not good either and now I have several stairs damaged from the technician dragging the carpet machine over them and unable to get any response or call back. So $300 dollars for a bad carpet cleaning and likely another $300 dollars to fix my floors. Scam company, don't waste your time. Other reviews are likely fake.
They did a wonderful job on our delicate Turkish patchwork area rug. I thought I had ruined it trying to spot clean dog poo with a rented Home Depot cleaner and carpet solution mixed with Oxiclean. These guys picked up the rug and cleaned it beautifully, including the remaining cleaning solution mixture spotting, then returned it in about two weeks. It was worth the wait to have my mistake resolved, and our rug saved.
They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet in our 3-story condo building common areas. The carpet literally looks new (and it was disgusting). They came on-time, were professional, and had great communication from beginning to end. Would highly recommend them.
Loved the results, and working with the company was a breeze. I misplaced the invoice and the owner so graciously was able to dig it up and email it to me so that I could send to my landlord. HIGHLY recommend!
The team was on time, very professional and courteous, and did a great job. The carpet in the stairwell of our condo building looks so much better now. Thank you!!!
