713 cleaning was great! We needed them for a 1 time deep clean, and they did not disappoint. They worked hard to be flexible with our schedule, and when we had miscommunication on cost, they were super nice and helpful in making it right. Everything was was cleaned very thoroughly, and all staff we interacted with was very nice. We will certainly come back and use them again!

I recently sold my home and needed to have my home cleaned from top to bottom for the new buyers as I just didn't have time to do it myself...We had the move out special and Carpets cleaned and deordorized...Since we used 713 when we rented a home 4 years ago... we were familiar with their work....again 713 did not disappoint...Elliot and his team are very efficient and they do a fantastic job...If you need your home cleaned no matter what you need...Give 713 Cleaning a call...they stand behind their work...I'd highly recommend them...

Yes, communication with them is great. Yes, they were punctual. Yes, they look professional, but personally, I was not happy with their cleaning. I went with this company because of the excellent reviews they have. I requested a move-in package. The rooms in the house were cleaned okay (they were easy to clean- not much to be done there), but when it came to inside cabinets and drawers, they were not thorough. I still found the kitchen drawers and some cabinets dirty. I also found the bathroom vanity drawers dirty (still had hair and dirt from previous owners). I asked the lady if they cleaned the garage because it really looked dirty, she insisted that the garage was swept. When I took a closer look, there were signs of sweeping in some parts... but I had to go over it again because it wasn’t thorough. There was dirt in some places, especially the corners. The cobwebs in the garage ceiling were still there untouched. I gave them two stars because the rooms were okay... but everything else was not okay to my standards. Sorry.
