They were so helpful during the quarintine. They even dropped our clothes off at our house once! The ladies that work there are super helpful and courteous. We are so grateful to have them in the neighborhood.

Our company has done business with Pilgrim for over a decade. Pilgrim is local to Houston. Johnny oversees the business and is an honest man who works hard to ensure customers receive value.
Terrible service. Dropped off on a Thurs. Was told machines are down, so couldn't be ready by next day at 5:00. Which meant it was after the weekend. I was assured that it would be ready by Monday at 8:00. Went to pick up and they didn't tag our order as rushed. My husband had to go buy new pants for his business trip. Also - we put pants in to be altered. Said they were fixed and then my husband put them on - still ripped. Paid $140 for this - absurd. Asked owner to call us multiple time but no response. NEVER going back.
As a paying customer, I like to think that I am important when I visit a business establishment. Unfortunately, today when I visited this Pilgrim Cleaners, the representative was so busy talking on the phone that she couldn’t have cared less that I was there. It is not that she didn’t provide the appropriate services but that she was more interested in the person on the phone rather than her customer. Maybe this is the new business model and other people accept it as normal but I still think the environment should be “the customer comes first”.
