I dropped off a table runner and blanket that required a simple stitch and cleaning. I waited 2 weeks to receive these items back. I was not told there would be a delay in receiving these items. I had to call several times - with no answer and walk into the facility to find out if the items were ready. Upon picking the items up this week, I found that the stitch on the blanket was not done! The rep at the desk stated: that she didn’t check to see if the item was completed. My bill was $ 35!!! She offered a store credit but I told her I will NEVER use this business or recommend them EVER so a credit would not be helpful. I am still waiting to hear when this item will be ready. Poor and unprofessional service!! DO NOT USE THEM

They didn't disclose or warn that their hours had changed due to covid. Their hrs are now 8-4 which does not allow me time to pick them up. And couldn't get any1 to answer the phone for the delivery option.

The actual service of cleaning my garments was good. It was the misplacing of my items and not having them all together once I tried to pick them up that was problematic. I had to wait an additional day to retrieve the rest of my garments due to some mixup in the labeling process by them.

No one listens to their customers at in Comet locations in Katy Texas. Been doing business with Comet Cleaners in Lubbock Texas for 4 1/2 years and never had an Bad Once in Lubbock. Comet Cleaners needs to pull the Franchise Agreement form this location in Katy Texas.

DO NOT give this place your business!!! Incompetent management.nn-can’t follow basic instructions (laundered and shrunk my dress shirts when I specifically asked for dry clean only!nn-altered 10 dresses poorly and blew the due date by TWO weeks! They promised me a discount- and then insisted I pay full price when they were finally finished.nn-can’t seem to locate my class ring I left in a suit jacket pocket....It’s my fault for leaving it in the coat..but still a little sketch.nnI chose this location because it’s the closest to my home...BAD CALL. I am never going back here and I urge everyone to avoid this shop.
