I went in to had a simple button sewn on my husbands shorts. Yes, I know simple fix. The lady said it would be about 7-10 days. For a button?? Ok fine so we waited. Only to find out they had clipped the button to the shorts and dry cleaned them. My husband returned back to have it actually seen on and the lady admitted to not knowing how so she just clipped it on. She was able to halfway see the button on and charged $2.17 for the service. Needless to say, don’t go here for quick fixes! Going to Walmart to get a little sewing kit!

My wife worked for Komal and Depesh I believe is the spelling, anyway they are the owners of Lapels Cleaners here in Katy on FM 1463 along with several other lapels.nShe was there almost a year before she moved on. She was paid with hand written checks with no check stub to show withholding of her taxes. We filed our taxes for 2019 and discovered that all the taxes withheld were never submitted to the IRS. They paid only $34 in taxes for her almost a year services but deducted the full amount of taxes weekly from her check so my guess would be that they kept the tax money as we have proof only $34 were reported to the IRS.nBEAWARE OF THESE CROOKED PEOPLE!!!!!!

I went in at around 5:00 PM on a Friday this heavy set lady was in there and refused to even acknowledge that I walked in the store. After she had completed the task she was handling she walked up to the counter and said “how many pieces?” That’s it. No hello. No may I help you. So I proceeded to tell her that I just needed some stitch work done. She rang up the work order and asked me for my clothes. She was very unfriendly and rude. I told her to have a great day and she declined to respond so I told her again and she said “yeah” so I went back to the counter and asked for my clothes back. I then took my business to a cleaners that respects me and the money that I spend in their store. Do yourself a favor, don’t do business with people like this who don’t value you and the money you spend with them.

The customer service is extremely poor with a very impolite individual attending the counter. They don’t honor services advertised to be specific took over 4 days to complete 12 shirts. Hopefully they hire someone with people skills and some degree of customer service.

I usually don’t write reviews but after this, I had to write one. We went to this place a few days ago and the person at the desk told us the price was $10 for a coat, which we had 3 of them and 6 dollars for a dress. We specifically asked for the price and the person told us it was a total of $36 without tax. We even had her check the coats and dress for the price estimate. We asked to pay there and then but the front desk said we could pay when we picked up the clothes. Okay....good so far right? When we went to pick up the clothes the same person told us the price was $53.91. $53.91 and they told us before that our price was $36 dollars. They didn’t even seem sorry. What a scam. Never going back again.
