If I count give this cleaners a -0 thats what they would receive. The front desk associate is very rude and cared more about nothing other than she has to leave at a certain time. I dropped my items off on fed 23, 2021 for Alteration because finally I had a date with my husband after being cooped up in the house because of COVID-19. I was promised that i would receive my items back on Friday the 26. Low and behold that didn't happend. I was told they were on the way and i would get a call when they arrive. To make a long store short I didn't receive my items and was left infront the store waiting on the alteration person told me she could get to me before 7pm. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS. Never received a call the following day and when i arrived she promptly (as i watched) turn the alarm on and told me she could speak to me because she was off the clock. So now i going into the weekend have to deal with all this come monday. I would never ever recommend this cleaners to anyone.

Shady business practices. $10 to sew on a button and $15 to rehem a pair of pants. Then changed the price when I came to pick up. When I asked about she said oh I can change the price but argued about it. I won't be returning.

Unbelievably disappointing experience. I took my dry cleaning here for a while, and they lost items in multiple occasions. I stopped going back after they lost 2 brand new Ferragamo ties, and offered me in store credit for them. I would rather take my business elsewhere. They are disorganized and it is a risk to take your clothes there.

Have great service from these guys and the lady that works front of house certainly is an asset to the company - she is always friendly and courteous.

Do not take expensive clothes to these guys! Have been using for some time with good results, but I guess the recent management change has ruined a once wonderful business. Dropped off a worn-once $130 wool dress shirt to be cleaned along with several other items. When picked up the shirt had a hole worn into the sleeve! When asked about it was told by both cashier and manager that it was our fault as we should have only hand washed the item or had it dry cleaned because the fabric just does that. This of course means that they didn't even look at the fabric care label inside the shirt, and the implication was that we should never bring them any delicate care of expensive items for cleaning. Will never use these guys again!
