I being in this place for almost two years and their service is great. The new people who own the please are such a nice person. Always trying the best they can on customers needs.
Great Service. Friendly Staff. Dry cleaning and laundered shirt were done perfect. Have been using this cleaners since last six months.
The pic says most of it. Owner made no attempt to make it right or even contact me to apologize (it’s been 2 weeks). Even more, the staff lied and said the stain was there already!nnTerrible business, terrible people to not take ownership when something goes wrong. Good luck in the future Moiz (apparently a new manager). You will never succeed treating people like this.
I have been waiting for my clothes for two months and I have received no contact from them. I personally contacted the owner and he is rude and inconsiderate. He does not know what responsibility is and hung up on me when I was telling him my problem. I do not recommend.
STAY AWAY. The owner is mean rude guy and does not know how to run his business. There is always chemicals on the shirt. Always have to redo them. Last time i went to business trip my white shirts were messed up so I could not wear them, they had chemicals all over it.nnI came in and told this guy to double check shirts before they go out to the people, he said to take the shirts somewhere else and clean them there.nnThat is very smart to say when you are running a business and you business is in service.
