I always Pre-pay for cost of cleaning and today the female clerk asked for payment again. I did not have my receipt to prove payment so she did not released my clothes. It would be helpful if I could contact new Owner and please share if you know of new ownership.
8am to 4pm means I can either be late going in or never get my clothes back. sigh. the hours on the map don't reflect what is on the door either.
They ruined my favorite sweater jacket. Denied they did it. I was told I must have dropped it off that way. Matt (the man that works there, he used to manage the place) told the lady when he checked my clothes in, the jacket was not damaged. They kept arguing with me. I wish I had taken a picture of my jacket. I can’t replace it because I bought it 2 years ago. I was upset. Those two ladies were rude and nasty to my daughter and I. I will never be back!!!
Worst cleaners ever. Never on schedule. Prices always change. They misplaced a sweater and had such a care free attitude about it. No apology or even effort to locate it. Stay away
These guys ruined my slacks. Never returned calls and refused to replace / reimburse for the slacks even though the employee admitted that they were responsible. They own several cleaners in the area so avoid them all...
