I dropped off a comforter for dry cleaning. The lady said it wouldn’t take too long to have cleaned. I gave extra time just in case and went back 1.5 weeks later and she couldn’t find my comforter. Then she says oh that’s because it isn’t cleaned yet. I said no problem I will come back another day. I come back the next week and the guy behind counter asks me if this comforter is mine. I said it looks similar but I hope that isn’t mine because it has dead bugs inside the bag. The lady comes out and says no this one over here is yours. I go to pay and she says cash only. I didn’t have any cash on me so I had to run get some and come back. Then price was higher than it says on the window. I will not return to do business here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Unless you like to have your clothes lost. I decided to try this place once and deeply regret it. I walked in and noticed that the lady behind the counter goes between the dry cleaners and the hair and nail shop next door and seemed distracted. I dropped off a winter coat, two shirts, a ladies blouse and a pair of pants. They returned the coat and the pants. Lost the shirts and blouse which were recently purchased and only worn once. How does that happen? Clothes in a batch should be returned in a batch. Or lost in a batch. The lady at first denied I'd dropped them off until I produced the receipt. Then she tried to offer me someone else's maroon blouse which I turned down of course. I never got the lost items back. Wish I could give zero stars. STAY AWAY!

Horrible! They said my clothes would he rrady the next day in the morning. Went at 11 am was told come back later at 6:30...well...they close at 7 and when I went not ready NOT THERE! Can't even give you a price of your clothes before you leave.

Wouldn’t recommended it I just went here because it’s close to my house ! But not no more my pants still come looking the same or even worse
