The front desk person was not wearing a mask both times I went there (DURING A PANDEMIC), when there's a sign on the door: MASKS REQUIRED ALL THE TIME!!!nWhen I asked about the mask, the response was that she did not worry...n?????????????nI used to go there before the pandemic and they were always good before. It took me a long time to go back, because of the pandemic, and when I decide to go, this happens... Very disappointing!nAnd reading other reviews, I see I am not the only one that was a customer for a long time and did not get any consideration.

I have been a customer of yours for years. I have made the decision to find another dry cleaner because your employees do not wear masks. In this time of a pandemic, the least your employees can do is put on a mask. It is very sad that because of your negligence you have lost a regular customer who has been with you for years. I'm not going back to Coleridge Cleaners.

Although they have messed up a few of my shirts, they have always made it right. I've been a customer for almost 7 years or so now and I'm very happy with them! Also, I drop off 7-15 dress shirts at a time.

Great service but hours of operation should updated I’ve gone here for the fifth time around 4-5 pm and it’s always closed during weekdays
