This is the best shop I have done business with- The owner stayed late to insure I received my dry cleaning needed for work early the next morning. She stayed almost 2 hours after closing and called me when the clothes arrived. Talk about feeling like one-in-a-million! I will ONLY do my cleaning and alterations with County Cleaners. Very happy with their service. I’ve taken a decent amount of stuff to be altered and I’ve been very happy every single time.nnI get a lot of stains on my shirts and some how they’ve managed to get them all clean.nnThe Free Coffee I get every time I pickup/drop off stuff is a nice perk. ☺ufe0f

I dropped off a down alternative comforter at the secondary location for this company (which is now closed) back in November. I went to pick it up a week or so after drop off and it wasn’t ready. Went back a few days later and they handed me my item, but it wasn’t clean so I asked that they complete the service I paid for. Attempted to go back again a couple of weeks later and it wasn’t ready AGAIN. So by this time it’s the holidays. I call and never get an answer, only to go to the former location to discover they had closed down. I go to this location and speak with a young lady there and my comforter is not in the store. She states that she’ll notify the owner because some things were placed in storage when the secondary location closed. This was in early January. I have called back 1-2 times a week since then. I’ve even spoken with the owner and she promised to call me back the next day. That was 2 weeks ago. At this point I just want my money returned. There’s no telling where the item is. I never leave negative reviews or reviews at all for that matter but this is the most horrible customer service experience I’ve ever received. No one should conduct business this way.
