This family business knows exactly how to do their business and take care of costumers! I took them several area rugs that had seen many years of damage from many pets, now they look and smell righteous. They go through several steps to clean and prepare the rugs and returned is a rug cleaned super well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I have used Brightway multiple times for carpet cleaning services and decided to try them out for tile grout cleaning. Like always they did a great job. From getting the job scheduled and performing the work. Dallas was very informative about the process and answered all my questions. The tile grout cleaning exceeded my expectations and looks brand new like it was 6 years ago. I highly recommend Brightway and will be using them again in the future.

Brightway did an amazing job in regards to the carpet cleaning and responsiveness when we had an issue the next day of moving. Dallas cleaned our carpet very well, and both him and the owner Kevin dropped off some of their commercial blowers when our carpet wasn't fully dry the next day, since we were moving into our house that morning. With coordination of the blowers drying two rooms at a time, we were able to get the movers to move the furniture into only the dry rooms. At the end of the day, all carpet was dry by the time all furniture was moved into that room. I would recommend Brightway in an instant to anyone who is looking to get their carpets clean. They are very competitive and if you have an issue, and very responsive to get you fixed up immediately.

Called Brightway to clean our carpet, they were on time and pricing was excellent. The technician was professional and friendly. They were able to get the stains out and make our seven year carpet look almost new. Plus the tech did not try to up sale us like other companies we have used in the past. Would use again in the future.

I just want to express how impressed I am with Dallas who was the one who came and cleaned out carpet. He was extremely pleasant and very professional. When the time comes again to get our carpet done I will be calling Brightway Carpet Cleaning.
