Terrible customer service. Scheduled a 5pm appointment in advance and received a txt message the next day asking if I would change my appointment to a sooner time. I wasn’t able to so they confirmed my original time. Day of appointment no one showed up at 5pm, reached out and was told someone will be there at 5:30pm, no worries I waited. 5:45pm reached out again and I’m told it’s another 30 minute wait. If you want to waste time sitting around go ahead and use them.
The location is wrong, there is a renting apartments, not a car wash.
These guys do a great job, they frequently wash my families vehicles.
