Have been going here for years. I brought a shirt in the past got it back and it had a slight tear. I just brushed it off but started taking my clothes elsewhere. Never had problems with any other cleaners, but my husband for some reason still trust this place with his belongings. He recently sent our comforter in to be cleaned. Received it back still had the same smell did not have any kind of smell of being cleaned and still had a stain on the inside. I don’t think they cleaned it at all. I am not going to waste my time bringing it back. This place is a perfect example you get what you pay for. A waste of 1 star...

WORST PLACE EVER!nnPlease save yourself the trouble and frustration from this place.nI don't understand how can this people come to this country and starts business. I was once in line when one customer got mad that they lost his laundry then the lady manager started raising her voice and calling the customer nasty names. I was so furious of her attitude, very rude yet I kept coming since I didn't know the whole story, until they lost my clothes.nnThis is the worst kind of people to do business with. Very bad work ethics and a bunch of liars! Several small issues like staining my dresses, ripped, color transferred that I just let go until this time they messed up pretty big, I lost all my laundry, dresses that I paid for already. Worst, you'll never get honest answer nor an apology from them but Lies after lies, excuses after excuses. Rude and dishonest people especially the lady manager! I wish KARMA hits this place sooner or later!nGod has all eyes on all of us!

I have been using this cleaners for three years, they are fast and cheap BUT I give this place 2 stars because of their business ethics. Here's the thing: after three years of coming here they suddenly decided to raise the prices on me, no notice, nothing. They claim that my husbands shirts are BIG SIZE (he's XXL which I get is a big size) therefore they cost more to clean. This sounds like nothing but after being paying 0.99c a shirt for three years all of the sudden they start charging you $1.50 for the SAME SIZE SHIRTS you have been bringing it is kinda crappy. I mentioned this, I asked why, I told them how long I have been giving them my business... nope, don't care, it is now $1.50 per shirt. Crappy. It is not a matter of money as It is still cheap but it is a matter of principle, you just don't raise prices on your costumers like that without a fair notice... I wonder if they charge $0.50c for XS shirts. Nope, they don't. Also people are rude. Just rude all over. Only good thing here is price, that is all.

The services there are horrible they take your clothes to another cleaners and say it's an accident REALLY! They tell you different dates and times every time I go there it's not ready the last time I go there they suck always making EXCUSES.
