best place I've ever lived!nnI have been here 2 years and just signed another lease - and no plans to move EVER! I have rented all my life, and this is the best place I've ever rented, hands down. the staff - office and maintenance - are the friendliest I've ever encountered. you know how you search for a place, and they treat you so well - til you sign the lease. after that, you're just a nuisance living in THEIR place, doesn't feel like your home at all. well not here. this is exactly how you always dreamed of being treated but never experienced before. not only are they so warm and welcoming in the office - exactly the same as before you sign the lease, if not better - maintenance is taken care of quickly, and they even encourage you to put in requests if anything is wrong. I had a problem with my dishwasher and they replaced it - boom! they are pet friendly, they keep the grounds very nice, and they are always improving something and doing something to make the community feel more like a home. you will not go wrong here.

I love this apartment . I am staying here almost 7 years.everything is very nice and very clean.Here is a very QUIET! Everyone seems to have respect for one another!Maintenance Person(Robin,Sabrina, Lora, ven)are very nice and very helpful. I don’t want to change my apartmentud83dude0a

I absolutely love this place! Going on my tenth year at Blankenbaker Apartments! It is truly home!nAfter living here so long, I am well aware that I could not live at another community and be happy.nThe bar has been set too high! My friend is going on her ninth year here, we both agree the only way that we are moving is if we decide to buy a home. Of course, everyone loves the ladies at the office, maintenance goes way and above any request! For me, as others have stated, it is a little pricey, that being said, once when a strange acting man continued to knock at my door, our courtesy officer arrived in minutes. Last, but most IMPORTANT to me is that it QUIET! Everyone seems to have respect for one another!nThank you Robin, Laura, Sabrina, Lora, Mike, and our wonderful new Maintenance Person (forgive me, I cannot think your name at the moment) for going the extra mile!

Incredibly friendly management and staff, no complaints with the fit and finish of the apartment (and the layout is very nice), and great amenities!

Lived here for more than 2years, this apartment has been the perfect home for us. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, sometimes even go the extra mile to help you out. They even have an outdoor garden to help you grow tomatoes and what not that you wish.
