Jeff with Mayer Realtors is knowledgeable about the local area and the housing market in general. When push came to shove, his ability to negotiate price, repairs, and other facets of the transaction were limited in our process. Jeff is very nice (and this review is definitely not meant to downplay the positive aspects of working with him), but when it came to a tough spot, he withdrew his help and support, leaving us in an extremely hard situation. When working with Jeff, you have to learn how to communicate with him; he has a lot of clients and a lot going on, and we sometimes felt like we weren't his #1 priority. Again, Jeff was great, but some parts of the deal weren't handled as carefully as we would have appreciated.
