Whatever towels they are using are like sandpaper.... Left horizontal scratches all over a freshly repainted car....its very 1st wash after...and he’s like... we didn’t do that...my towels are new...look. Sorry...New doesn’t mean good. And the Dude actually got mad with me lmao..and I’m the one that has to go pay for a paint correction. Zero integrity.
Terrible. Had a wash and wax today on my brand new ford. Was the worst I detail ever. Waxed over bugs, left part of wax on, streaks everywhere. Poured armor all all over, ran down side of vehicle and wiped that around too. Inside same way, door jams missed, poured armor all all over. Windows were smeared. My chrome on outside including bumpers had so much smeared on them they were an oil blue color. After working all day and paying $89.90 I got the privilege of returning him and washing/waxing and cleaning windows myself. I guess they work in an underground garage where it’s dark and just have no idea what they are actually doing to cars due to lighting. Benefit of doubt. Won’t be back and don’t recommend.
One of the better car washes. It was awesome that I could multitask - car washed while I ran errands in Galleria (with my mask on). Definitely will return.
Very bad job i paid for the deluxe $75nThey threw my tools in the back. Not even cared to place them down where they wont fall.nStill alot of dust and dirt on my interior. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO BRIOS AUTO DETAIL IN THE HEIGHTS INSTEAD. SAME PRICE AND BETTEE QUALITY PLUS THEY WAX IT. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!
I’ve had great experiences when dropping off our cars here. The guys are always helpful, they do a great job, and our cars look shiny! I like bringing the card here because I can go shopping in the Galleria to kill time and then they text me as soon as the car is ready! I highly recommend them.
