Spout Car Wash

Got the platinum unlimited plan for my Mercedes 2019. Great service and wash. Also helped with essential waxing. Free vacuum air gun mat cleaner window cleaner interior cleaner and fragrance. Also helps with tire shine. Great value!

Very inconspicuous. Looks just like your typical run-of-the-mill gas station car wash but is absolutely top-notch. I think he does a better job of cleaning in the big names like Mr. car wash. The only area Mrs. on mine is right by the rear license plate. Plus their vacuums are incredible and they have air guns to help with dusting.

It was really nice honestly, although a large part of our trunk was missed. I'm guessing it was probably because we have a small spoiler on our Toyota Corolla but the rest of the car is shiny and looking brand new. The vacuuming is free and they have air for your tires, an easel type thing for your mats and a few cleaning products for the interior of your car. I would definitely come again. We got the $16 Platinum wash I believe it's called.

The guy here is super nice! And the offer free mat cleaner which other places would charge to use the machine and they have free towels to clean your car! Amazing never seen a car wash have all these amenities lol

First time here; won't be going back. The equipment malfunctioned while I was in the wash.nYou see those signs at the beginning of the wash that they aren't responsible for damage, and you honestly never expect any damage. A half decent wash, maybe. But no damage.nWhile I was going through the wash, my vehicle somehow ended up off the tracks. Now i don't know how that happens, I can't see inside the wash but isn't the wheel set inside of a track that keeps you in place? I'm just sitting inside doing what everyone else does inside a car wash, on Facebook and texting, imagine my surprise when I hear a noise over my music and look up and see the car not moving.nI've never had this issue anywhere else, Mister, key west, sparkles, and as much as I hate them, Carisma. Now my steering wheel does move without provocation while my car is in all of these washes(I'm assuming everyone's car does that since your car is technically moving while in neutral), but never has the steering wheel turned so much where I was off the tracks and had to be guided back on.nThese events led to my rim and tire being damaged. But of course, they have signs that they are not responsible.nAlso, I don't know if it was because of the malfunction or not. But I paid for the 16 dollar wash and did not receive half of what is included. Car came out wet and soapy, no drying, or wheel shine.nAfter the event, a worker, I believe it was the owner, did come and assist me to dry my vehicle after. Nice people, clean establishment, unfortunate event.nnUPDATE: Someone else's tire got ripped in the car wash just a couple of days before. I went through all of the reviews and have seen the photos.
