I was denied access to restroom being a customer. I really needed to go, but your employee told me that it’s not working. How can your gas station be open for business if your restroom is out of service?! Where do your employees go to use the restroom when they need to?nWhen I asked him that, he told me: “It’s none of your business”.nBeing pretty frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere, but just I was about to leave, I heard an “F” word! When I asked him what exactly he said, he told me that he was talking about something else.nWow, two lies in a row. I’m going to seek for legal advice here, and probably sue your business for discrimination.
Employees facial hair , Glases was using profanity at a customer that’s was a Catholic and at me that I’m a Christian he kept Repeatedly using profanity towards all the customers on the other side of the glass I felt really disappointed one off the other customer started crying. I will never come visit any shell. I would like to take this further corporate, equal opportunity department. I WONT EVER COME BACK

Nasty disgusting store had blood all in front of the night window. I told the old guy people have to walk in the blood to get to the window. He waved me off .
I was only stopping for gas and soda and they provided what I needed but the outside pavement around gas pumps is very greasy or oil covered so very slick and dirty. The general lot and store just give a unclean vibe, not that it needs to be spotless but it could be maintained much better
